Checkstyle for Java import order - get rid of it

Hello,

i've tried playing with our test code today, and ran into an issue with checkstyle failing for me because of import order. I have IntelliJ import optimization on the fly on, and it places static imports at the end of the import statements, which apparently is not acceptable. I don't think I can configure the IntelliJ ordering easily anywhere.

I'm proposing to remove this rule, because who really cares about the order anyway? Who even looks at that section? To me it's an 'IDE only section'. From what people tell me, they turn off the import optimization in IntelliJ, which I think is insane - why waste time on this?

If you agree, I can do the honours of removing the rule, if not, let me know if there is a better way around this.

Thanks,

Paweł
