Enhancement on the Notifications Service

CHAI new implementation for eLMIS requires additional email notifications to the Requisition and stock management work flows . The Configurations also allows for Departments as well as facility Store in Charge to receive emails when an event is successful. Notifications extended:

  1. Stock adjustment ( negative ) email is sent to Supervisor with Storeroom manager role
  2. Product Stock out - email is sent to Supervisor with Storeroom manager, Stock Viewer and Stock manager roles.
  3. AMC fall below previous 2 months - Email is sent to Supervisor with Stock Manager role
  4. When Requisition is due ( 2 days before end of month ) Email is sent to Supervisor with Storeroom manager role reminding to complete Physical Count
  5. Products about to Expire in <=6 months - Email is sent to Supervisor with Storeroom manager role.
