Fulfillment v5.0.0 Released

Hi all,

A quick note:

  • Fulfillment Service v5.0.0 has been released: https://github.com/OpenLMIS/openlmis-fulfillment/releases/tag/v5.0.0
  • The new working version is v5.0.1
  • Ref distro, test, and contract tests now use the new working version.
  • We’re not releasing a new Ref Distro with this just released Fulfillment v5.0.0. This release of Fulfillment v5.0.0 is delivering a bug fix to an implementation ASAP.
