OpenLMIS v3 Architecture Update

Coming out of a design workshop held in Seattle the week of March 28, 2016 and subsequent thinking/discussions/etc we’ve put together some more details around an OpenLMIS v3 Architecture that addresses implementation differences and shared benefit within the community using a couple different mechanisms.

There are plenty of questions to answer and work that needs to be done, so participation is sought after and feedback warmly welcomed. This will be a primary topic for the first technical committee call in May, however lets dig into it ASAP.
